Our mission is to explore feed-based technologies to improve non-ruminant animal health and sustainable production and to increase the production of safe and nutritious food worldwide. Our teaching and outreach activities will disseminate knowledge about NUTRITION AND HEALTH for the betterment of animals, society, and the environment.

1. Seek alternatives to antibiotics in feed for livestock - Gut health (gut physiology, immunity, and microbiota) 2. Effects of functional food components on human health using pig as a model 3. Evaluate low-cost by-products from feed or food industry used in animal feed
